Oyster Lugger

This is an ideal self build boat, the hull moulding is double gel coated with 4 layers of fibreglass giving tremendous durability and strength. Patterns are available for other parts from tanks to floorboards, many of the parts are also available pre-fabricated if you are less confident with fibreglass or have limited time and would prefer to devote that to the woodwork. The bare hull can be finished to a sailing boat in around 120 hours.

The whole boat is simple to use and can be rigged in a few minutes. At 12 feet this boat is a handy size to manoeuvre on the slip and in the water. The design is the perfect blend of beautiful traditional style with practicality, owners tend to spend plenty of time on the water.
